PrimeLink has been extremely responsive to our needs for both our voice communication, as well as our high speed internet service. PrimeLink is locally owned and operated and very willing to give back to the community in a number of ways, including sponsoring the Adirondack Thunder. We are very happy to have them as a supporter and service provider.
I use Primelink for both internet and phone service at my business. I have a total of four incoming phone lines and a fax line, plus fiber optic internet. Any time that I have had a question, or concern, Primelink has gone above and beyond to address it. When I relocated my business, they were extremely accommodating in moving my entire phone system after hours on a weekend so that I did not have any business interruption. Five star service. Five star company.
