Customer service with Darkhorse is incredible! Reuben and his team flew out to our office to personally get our office up to speed with our computer systems and HIPAA. They didn't even complain about the Minnesota snow :) They treated us like family and they continue to patiently work with us when needed. They take the time to go above and beyond when we have to deal with 3rd party issues as well. They are quick to respond and they work very well with the dynamic of our two offices. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental tech company.
Reuben Kamp is a genius at computer installation and management of our IT services. He upgraded our office completely: from wiring new Cat-6, to server and station computer purchases and installation, and followed up with day-to-day troubleshooting, at an amazingly affordable price with consistent, reliable service.
