Our industry and our business is going through a huge amount of transformation. Moving away from traditional IT to an agile Cloud9 platform is a major milestone in our transformation process.
We were awarded a contract to run the membership and events service for HOSPA and needed to be operational as quickly as possible. Cirro took time to understand our requirements and delivered the solution we needed, which has continued to evolve as we have. We have been with Cirro since 2014 and would highly recommend them. The few support calls we make are quickly resolved, pricing is competitive and clear and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.
Key elements of our ICT infrastructure had reached end of life, we considered a replacement programme but that would have been timely and costly and we didn't want to find ourselves in a similar situation in the future. We had faith in Cirro and the Cloud9 solution and decided to migrate everything over to them. We've noted a major service improvement, smooth migration and very few ICT challenges.
