Our IT is supported by their responsive and pro-active Helpdesk, which ensures that we can focus on our core business.
We began working with Freestyle IT, as they were very local to us and offered a fast response time, to meet our IT Support needs. Our choice has been more than validated, as their Engineers have been on site when we’ve needed them to speedily resolve issues, meaning we could get on with business. Their IT Helpdesk and remote Support have offered us a first class service.

Moving offices can be a stressful time, particularly where IT is concerned. We were very conscious of not being out-of-touch with our clients for too long. But with Freestyle IT on board, we were able to guarantee our clients minimum disruption. They took all the stress out of our office move and we are proud to use Freestyle IT for all our day-to-day computing needs. As a digital advertising agency, it is crucial to our work that we have efficient access to the internet and our shared Server. Freestyle IT’s friendly and professional support staff offer us a full time service, fixing all of our technical issues as they occur with zero hassle. Without Freestyle IT we would be unable to promise such a consistent service to our own clients.
My team’s experience of working with the Freestyle IT Helpdesk, has been fantastic. Their can-do attitude has meant that despite the variety of challenges, which we presented to them, they have always found solutions. They call back when they say they will which is wonderful, as in our experience with previous suppliers, this was not always the case!
We did NOT make a mistake in bringing Freestyle IT onboard. From implementing Microsoft Office 365, across two businesses and explaining the types of licencing available to us, to installing a new Firewall and assisting us through GDPR, they have been an integral part of our business. The support we get from Freestyle IT is impeccable and I have built such strong bonds with the team and the business as a whole. I know that for any IT related queries or issues, the Support Team are always at the other end of the phone!
