I have been a satisfied 3i customer for many years. The company functions as a high-end IT department for my business-software setup, help desk, security system and equipment advisor, upgrade consult, and specialist in all technical matters. Technology is critical part of our healthcare compliance and our business operations, and 3i understands our needs and continually demonstrates their expertise around HIPPA and Hitech. In other words, they worry about our company’s IT security, so I don’t have to. I should also add that 3i’s price compares favorably to setting up a good IT department. As someone whose business is dependent on a smooth operation of our computer systems, I would consider it a false-and dangerous-economy to skimp on the monitoring, security, and consultative services that 3i provides. I am a firm believer that ‘you get what you pay for,’ and with 3i we get quality solutions and support, professionalism, fast response, and 24/7 data monitoring that assures there is no disruption in service.
