We had an onsite server failure that caused a major disruption to our company workflow. Iowa Solutions responded quickly and reconfigured our DNS to get users back online. Then they provided a temporary server for us to use until a new server could be obtained, configured to allow it to be mirrored to the new server with very little disruption.
