For the past 19 years ForeSight Services Group has leased five separate office spaces, but in July 2014 we made an enormous investment by purchasing our first commercial building. We took proposals from three IT companies to design and set up wiring, phone system, Wi-FI, computers, surround sound, etc., throughout the building before moving our employees in. We hired ByteTime Computing, Inc., and they brought in their IT team to work on Saturday and Sunday so we could be open Monday morning to conduct business. Tidewater is a property management company with 17 properties located all over Texas. Byte Time Computing (BTC) took over the IT operations and moved our infrastructure to cloud storage in 2012. BTC then converted the physical domain controller and exchange server into virtual images and uploaded these images to our cloud VMware environment. Both servers were migrated from 2003 SBS to 2008 R2 Standard VMs. Technicians were scheduled and deployed to each of Tidewater’s 17 locations. BTC coordinated with their cloud services team and each ISP, establishing a secure static VPN tunnel from each property to their cloud grid network, putting all 17 locations and their HQ office on the same virtual network. In addition, BTC created multiple network shares and set folder and file permissions for each, then mapped drives to these shares for each individual property manager PC. Once the cloud grid network was fully established, BTC was able to setup home offices for all HQ staff and they are now able to work from home or anywhere in the world that they have internet access, enabling the owner to cease paying monthly leases for office space, saving the company thousands of dollars per month. Bytetime provides monthly monitoring and maintenance for our entire network along with backup, anti-virus, remote and on-site support. Their response time is wonderful and the people working there really know how to support a system set up like ours.

Byte Time set up all of the IT for our start up office in November 2017. There was great communication throughout the entire process. We sent them a list of what we were told we needed by another company. Not only did Byte Time find a ton of stuff the other company "forgot" to add to our quote, they also beat the other quote by a significant amount. Any IT issues we've had, they've addressed quickly, usually within 2-3 hours. But honestly, we've had very few issues at all thanks to a great initial set-up!
