Recently, we were in a real bind with our phone systems. Even though it is outside the scope of our agreement with Keystone, we reached out to a Keystone technician to help our vendor. He quickly provided the network information and support needed to resolve our issues, so we could get the system working again and better serve our patients.

This past spring, Keystone IT Consulting worked with us at the Endoscopy Center of St. Louis and Digestive Disease Medical Consultants to successfully migrate all of our email accounts from POP-based internet mail to an internal MS Exchange server. Keystone IT was able to complete this task with virtually zero downtime and no loss of productivity for our two organizations. Furthermore, Keystone IT finished the entire project well within the estimated time frame and budget.
