What I really liked about working with Bluelight was the way they approached the project, from running workshops with each department to the dedicated staff for our project, which made them part of our team.

Bluelight are part of the IAB team and work closely with users and management to help us achieve our CRM objectives.
Our biggest issue going forward is definitely user adoption. Bluelight has put together an ongoing schedule of online workshops and short surgeries to address common user problems and to try and build confidence and ease with the system from within. Our team are flat out for such a lot of the time that diary slots are like gold dust and I was impressed with the creative thinking that Bluelight has applied to try and help us solve our problems.What I really liked about working with Bluelight was the way they approached the project, from running workshops with each department to the dedicated staff for our project which made them part of our team.
When we requested changes or came across any issues they were very accommodating and methodical in their approach to find the best solution.Bluelight shared our vision and our energy. We truly were a partnership and as the project progressed Bluelight consistently went above and beyond to meet our strategic objectives and to ensure the project stayed on track.
We knew we could rely on Bluelight to be the technology experts. They knew exactly how best to meet our data and integration challenges. We were confident we could trust them to find innovative solutions that were a best fit for us.What we like about BLC is their honesty and their can-do attitude. Right at the start they were clear about the risks around such a short timeline, and they proactively worked with us to manage those risks. I am looking forward to continuing our working relationship as we move in to Phase 2 of the project.
