We met the folks at Plummer Slade in the fall 1997 to design, set up, and maintain a robust, completely thorough law firm front office and back office that we were establishing. Plummer Slade purchased all of the hardware and software for us then and continue to do so now. They have continuously maintained and upgraded our systems for all attorneys and support staff functions, including billing, client data, contacts, calendar, and case management functions to name a few. The comprehensive file organization is exceptional. Our system also integrates with our copier scanners, fax, voicemail, and remote dictation. Plummer Slade tailors the system to your particular needs and understands law firm operation and confidentiality completely. Our move to a new building in November 2019 was seamless, as we literally sat down at our computers to work that Monday morning. Working remotely since March 2020 has also been without glitches. Plummer Slade keeps us upgraded to the appropriate cost-effective hardware and software. They provide 24/7 support (which is a good thing for the heavy remote usage during the COVID-19 office shutdown).
