Our Company Conco Services have been partners with Opal for many years. We left a different software partner to come to them and it was the best decision we have ever made. They support us in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Microsoft’s CRM. They are truly the most supportive software partner we have ever had.
We reached out to our technology partner, Opal Business Solutions, when a Microsoft Exchange server update caused various issues within our old printing process. Opal’s engineers created a unique and fully customizable RPA Attachment Printing integration, cutting out several steps from our old process. Opal worked as our partner, providing a solution that worked best for our organization. Opal was able to streamline the process, ultimately saving us time and money.
All staff is very courteous and helpful with any hardware needs we need. We have been working with Opal for many years.
