When I needed a new laptop I went to JTec IT Solutions to discuss options of budget and performance of the machine. Jack came up with the option of a refurbished machine which best suited my budget and I have to say it has been the best performing laptop I have owned. One of life’s great pleasures is watching an expert at work. It’s not often that this chance is given but recently I had the opportunity to watch Jack work on my Macintosh Powerbook G4.
Jack normally works on the “Dark Side” (PCs) but he agreed to tackle, what had been described on some help forums as a “very difficult task” on my Mac. He set about it like a surgeon, with confidence and skill and in half an hour my beloved Mac was as good as new!
