I have been with the school for four years and I wanted to drive innovation by adding technology to our classes. The school has good equipment, but we needed something great and we needed knowledgeable people. After reviewing a couple different companies, we chose Embark because of the many options they provided and the fact that they are so forward-thinking in their recommendations.
The upgraded AV system and the new AV system are a beauty to behold! I sent a service request to OCIO to activate the two ports (one for each AV system). The connectivity test resolved 100% successfully for each system. For the first time since CVAD has been doing videoconferencing, the presenter can now access and open files from CVAD’s file server to enhance and clarify the subject matter. Because you had already made the LAN connections available (hidden behind the walls), the beautiful aesthetics of your installation remain intact. I recommend Embark to other State of Iowa departments, offices, and agencies wanting to install an AV system of their own.
