Working in the team, you will:

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients;
  • Ensure a great client experience;
  • Work with your peers to solve technical issues;
  • Provide Level 1 support of servers, storage, network and end user devices;
  • Assist with Maintenance requirements for our clients';
  • Maintain current documentation;
  • Troubleshooting of clients technical issues;
  • May be directed to perform other duties consistent with the training and skill levels required for this position.

  • Independent problem-solving

 

The following experience is FAVOURABLE:

  • 1+ Year's Help Desk and/or Consulting experience
  • General server administration knowledge
  • Windows 7/10/11 troubleshooting
  • Basic VMWare ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V experience
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016 / 2019
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 / 2016
  • Veeam
  • Sophos UTM / Sophos Central
  • Fortinet
