An opportunity has arisen for a Presales Consultant, skilled in Contact Centre and Unified Communications to join an Australian managed service provider and integrator, to act as a key technical player within Nexon’s Contact Centre and Unified Communications team.


As a highly energetic, proactive person with a results driven and “can do” attitude, you will work closely with the CX and UC practice as well as client facing teams to scope, quote and propose solutions to clients and support transition from pre-sales to delivery. You will be a credible subject matter expert in the sales process of CX and unified communications solutions and will help drive the growth strategy through effective client engagement, advisory and client solutions. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acting as credible subject matter expert in the sales process, building customer confidence in Nexon’s capability with respect to contact centre and unified comms solutions
  • Ability to be a thought leader and advise prospective and existing customers on contact centre best practices and key trends within the UC and CX industry
  • Uncover UC and CX business challenges and articulate solutions through a consultative process
  • Work with Nexon client teams to deliver on key account strategies and help progress UC and CX sales opportunities
  • Ability to articulate the business value of UC and CX solutions to prospective customers through high quality presentations and tailored demonstrations
  • Ability to generate high quality commercial documents (Statements of Work, Request for Proposal, Bids and Tenders)
  • Understand competitive offerings and how to position against them

 Experience Required

  • Experience in a Solutions Consulting or pre-sales role, giving live demonstrations and developing presentation materials in PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • Strong time-management and organisation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking and fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.)
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals
  • 3 to 5+ years previous business experience in a contact centre presales enviornment

Required Skills

  • Experience in contact centre solution design and architecture within M365 & Azure environments
  • Capability in designing & articulating modern ways of working
  • Strategically minded, forward thinking & creative
  • Ability to develop rapport, build strong and sustainable working relationships and demonstrate professionalism
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
