We are searching for an IT Support Technician to join our team! You’ll be first point of contact to our clients – providing technical assistance and excellent customer service.

What you will do: 

Technical Focus 

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely solutions and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, resolutions and client interactions.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems, application and technologies.

Customer Focus 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all levels. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients - providing a seamless experience from beginning to end. 
  • Build positive relationships with clients working to understand their needs and concerns. 

What you will bring: 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and common software applications.
  • Open to all levels of experience - relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
