You will be:

The ideal candidate for this role will have or be working towards a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Above all, you are passionate about helping people with technical issues and care about service quality and the end result. You are committed to continual education both personally and for your team members.

Get hands-on experience with the following:

• Resolve help desk issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Setup new computers and perform user administration duties
• Perform computer testing, patch management and quality assurance
• Assist in the administration of desktop, server, networks & cloud technologies
• Assist IT Operations Manager in administration, coordination, and implementations
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
