IT Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Operations Manager ready to lead and ensure flawless service delivery to our esteemed clients? NRI Australia is in search of a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, collaborate with clients, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between NRI and our clients, guaranteeing consistent service delivery.
  • Engage directly with clients in similar roles to cultivate strong relationships and comprehend their requirements thoroughly.
  • Supervise all Business As Usual (BAU) team activities and conduct final reviews of projects transitioning into support.
  • Efficiently coordinate and allocate resources, working closely with Technical Team Leaders to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Lead service improvement programs in partnership with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs).
  • Effectively manage and escalate issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution within NRI.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, collaborating with SDMs to devise and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare Post Incident Reports for incidents and issues, adhering to agreed-upon SLAs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in IT services or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and internal team engagement.
  • Proven ability to coordinate resources and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
  • Aptitude for driving service improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with incident management and risk mitigation processes.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and travel to client sites, particularly in Brisbane North Side.
