About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic full-stack software support engineer to join our growing team. You will be working across a wide range of tech and responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operation of our software products.
Your day to day
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Work closely with development teams to identify and fix bugs
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
- Write technical documentation and guides
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following Typescript, React, Node.js, AngularJS, Vue.js, Java Spring, Python, and SQL
- Be able to demonstrate experience supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
- Experience with full-stack development
- Experience with software support and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Possess a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification (Preferred)
