What you’ll do?
As a self-motivated and passionate Apple Systems Engineer, you will attend regular visits for managed service and pre-paid support engagements to deliver on-site and remote systems engineering services to Compnow's diverse customer base. You will provide reactive support, proactive maintenance and planned project execution as part of this role. You will verify your work through the measure twice, cut once principal and handle National Service Desk escalations.
- Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies, to deliver excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
- Drive consultative discussion to further understand our client's business and technical needs.
- Support the solution designs of your senior peers and help bring them to life.
- Provide general application support, basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.
- Manage end point software installation and licensing, and end user device setup and transfer.
What you’ll bring?
- 2+ years’ experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar position.
- Apple engineering experience and JAMF experience (highly desirable).
- Proven track record of working with various technologies/vendors.
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills with key stakeholders.
- Team player that is able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
