Role Overview:

As a Cloud Delivery Engineer at cubesys, you’ll be a driving force in our project and managed services engagements. Your responsibilities will span across project implementation, solution design, technical documentation, and operational support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to the evolution of our managed services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure and cloud solutions within the scope of client engagements.
• Provide operational support, resolve customer queries, and offer remote and onsite assistance.
• Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and ensure compliance with cubesys Managed Service procedures.
• Collaborate in developing project implementation plans and schedules, ensuring project success.
• Take ownership of deliverables in the Statement of Work for assigned engagements.
• Address project issues and maintain effective communication to mitigate risks.
• Design, build, and validate technical solution components as per approved design specifications.
• Align customer business requirements with technical deliverables and create comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infrastructure/cloud technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with vendors for installation, configuration, and technical support.
• Demonstrate accountability for deliverables within Managed Service contracts.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of technical processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to integrate multi-technology platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including virtualization and cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
