About the Role:

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of customers building engaged relationships
  • Understand your customer's business model and requirements
  • Be the voice of the customer within Trimble Networks
  • Attend regular site visits and meetings with clients
  • Identify technology gaps and provide solutions in consulting with key stakeholders

Sales

  • Participate in sales and business development process 
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities that benefit existing customers
  • Nurture leads to help grow the business 

Our Ideal Candidate: 

The ideal candidate for this role will come with a strong background in IT or a related sector. Above all, you are a people person who loves building relationships

  • Experience managing client accounts & working with executive-level stakeholders 
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
  • Experience writing proposals & infrastructure project briefs
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and commissions 
  • Good understanding of the following technologies 
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure cloud technologies & licensing
  • Windows Servers and Desktop 
  • Microsoft Collaboration and Voice Technologies  
  • Virtualisation - Hyper-V and or VMware
  • Microsoft, HP, Dell, IBM, Ubiquiti & Sophos 
  • IP Networking, including LAN, SDN & WAN
  • Valid drivers' Licence
