RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Build customer rapport and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Provide professional onsite and remote support to customers.
- Install, manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for customers.
- Support virtualized and cloud-hosted customer applications.
- Monitor and respond to alerts from our monitoring platforms.
- Produce excellent documentation of technical issues and issues resolution.
- Provide customers with industry best practice advice when resolving issues or presenting solutions.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION ARE:
- Formal and or industry qualifications.
- Minimum three years of experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Windows environments.
- Experience with Virtualisation platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and hosted environments.
- Experience with managing and provisioning O365 environments.
- Demonstrable solid knowledge of routers, DHCP, DNS and other networking concepts.
- Current Australian driver's
- Rights to work in Australia.
