This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Program Director to develop and deliver business transformation consulting and advisory services for our multifaceted Queensland customer base as a leader within Business Aspect’s National Transformation & Governance Practice.

In this role you will: 

• Provide chargeable services to clients through review, assessment, strategy and planning activities for substantial programs of work.
• Drive business development and sales of program and project consulting and advisory services, leveraging your C level networks and existing Business Aspect and Data#3 relationships.
• Lead teams to deliver programs and projects, achieve productivity goals and build team capability.
• Complete, update or contribute to the generation of re-usable sales, delivery and advisory related intellectual property.
• Significantly contribute to the success of the territory and management profit targets and related sales and gross profit targets.

About You 

With an outstanding communication, influencing and collaboration skills, you will have:

• Significant delivery experience in the portfolio and/or program management domain, ideally with extensive corporate and government experience (15+ years).
• Experience or capability to lead business development, sales and delivery in a consulting environment.
• Relevant qualifications in MoP, MSP, P3M3 (or similar) with Gateway Reviewer being advantageous.
• People leaderships skills including experience in motivating and developing people in their role while supporting productive working relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills and business acumen in decision making.
• The ability to operate effectively in client environments, especially at a senior leadership level, where there are several competing pressures including managing client expectations, operating with varying commercial constraints and navigating clients’ political environments.
