What You’ll Be Doing

As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to design, build, and run marketing campaigns across all paid and earned channels. This includes both digital initiatives (webinars, paid search, paid social, emails campaigns) as well as offline activities (industry events, exclusive roundtables, partner events, partner roadshows etc). You will also collaborate extensively with our category-leading technology partners (such as Boomi, Smartsheet, Snowflake, Denodo) to drive technology and industry-focused campaigns that meet the business objectives. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and manage agencies and internal stakeholders, as well as collaborate with the central marketing team on joint initiatives around brand, digital and events.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the strategic marketing plan for the Data and Integration (D&I) Business Unit and manage the day-to-day execution, reporting and improvement
  • Work with internal and external team members/agencies and technology partners to develop and execute content, marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Understand the GTM and messaging of the D&I business and ensure it’s communicated externally through owned and earned media
  • Work with the corporate marketing team and other business unit marketers to achieve relevant corporate-level marketing objectives (e.g. brand awareness, videos, optimised website content)
  • Review and continually evolve marketing activity to determine the right initiatives that increase awareness, drive consideration and ensure conversion into the sales funnel.
  • Identify, organise and manage key industry and partner conferences and events throughout the year, and report back on success.
  • Work with the sales and delivery teams to shape new solutions that solve client challenges.
  • Strategy and implementation for campaigns including emails, landing pages and workflows (in Hubspot) with the help of agencies
  • Report on key marketing activity and performance on a quarterly and annual basis

What will make you successful in this role?

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
  • Five years of Marketing experience with B2B/IT Services/SaaS/Product organisation
  • Ability to plan and progress on multiple strategic projects simultaneously, while helping with BAU activities.
  • Experience of managing or overseeing digital campaigns through GoogleAds, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Ability to write and edit communications pieces e.g. presentations, brochures, articles, social posts, website copy
  • A functional understanding of SEO and experience with MarTech platforms (such as Hubspot, Mailchimp or Marketo) strongly preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is desirable
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to form connections and build rapport with team and partners
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Self-starter with strong prioritisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
