In this role you will:

• Elevate our customer experience through engaging workshops, shaping their requirements, and designing top-tier solutions.
• Deliver world-class Microsoft solutions, infusing brilliance into the experience of our esteemed customers.
• Craft meticulously detailed designs and visionary high-level solutions that will set industry standards.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping our visionary cross-technology solutions, where you'll be at the forefront of defining requirements and broadening the horizons of project scope.
• Showcase your technical expertise, providing contributing to sales proposals, presentations, and customer workshops.
• Partner with Solution Architects in presales activities and provide valuable input to the sales process.
• Lead delivery activities with precision, ensuring risk mitigation and consistently achieving on-time, on-budget client deliverables.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships through proactive follow-up activities, all while exuding a consistently positive and impeccably professional image.
• Amplify your impact by guiding and coaching junior team members, offering unwavering support and inspirational leadership.
• Uphold Data#3's core values, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
•  Be a representative of Data#3, providing excellent customer service and taking on additional duties as needed to achieve Business Unit objectives.

About You

• Minimum 5 years as a senior technical designer or architect with 3 years in a System Integrator.
• At least 3 years of experience in a solution-selling environment.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing sales and technical design documentation.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts and IT market sales support.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
•  Proven "client-facing" abilities, including requirements determination, negotiation, and presentation.
• Project development analysis and proposal costing expertise.
