In this role you will

  • Consult & provide technical leadership to assist our customers with their digital transformation journey;
  • Deliver M365 & Azure Application and Infrastructure Solutions, specially:
  • Develop Architectures and Implement Azure Landing Zones utilising Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework;
  • Review and remediate existing M365 & Azure implementations against Microsoft’s recommended best practices;
  • Develop secure and compliant identity solutions utilising Microsoft best practice – Azure Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access Policies, etc;
  • Assess security and gaps in current state and define Governance baselines;
  • Assess migration readiness and develop strategies for modernisation of Application workloads; and
  • Document proposed and implemented solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior resources, promoting team capabilities within the organisation & externally to clients.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, applying a customer focussed approach; and
  • Act as a technical expert in presales activities, contributing to proposals, client presentations, and sales collateral. Assist in presales presentations and provide strategic direction aligned with market trends.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through professional delivery and proactive communication. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

 

About You

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a customer facing, technical role;
  • Experience with Microsoft M365, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (highly desirable) cloud environments, including networking and security architectures;
  • Experience in conducting client workshops with all levels of stakeholders;
  • Proven experience delivering M365, Azure, Application & Infrastructure Solutions;
  • The ability to work autonomously or in small teams to complete client outcomes;
  • Excellent documentation skills; and
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Clearances

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in an IT related discipline is desirable;
  • Hold or be willing to obtain current Enterprise Cloud certifications; and
  • Ideally, hold a Current Australian Department of Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
