As a Not for Profit (NFP) Specialist Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality D365 solutions that meet the unique requirements of non-profit organizations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Leading cross-functional project teams: Guide and inspire teams to collaboratively create and implement D365 CE solutions that align with the specific needs and goals of not-for-profit clients. 
• Developing and maintaining project plans: Create comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Skillfully manage scope and ensure project quality throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Adhering to industry best practices: Ensure that project delivery consistently follows industry best practices and adheres to relevant standards, tailoring approaches to the unique context of not-for-profit projects. 
• Managing stakeholder expectations: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to manage their expectations and provide proactive updates on project status, risks, and issues. Keep them informed and engaged throughout the project. 
• Identifying and mitigating project risks: Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project delivery, and proactively implement strategies to minimize their impact. Safeguard the project's success. 
• Facilitating project meetings: Organize and lead various project meetings, such as steering committees, status updates, and project kick-off meetings. Foster a collaborative and productive environment for decision-making and communication. 
• Serving as the primary point of contact: Act as the main liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging between the project team, stakeholders, and other involved parties.
• Managing project budgets: Take ownership of project budgets, meticulously tracking and reporting on project financials to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. 

Key Skills/Competencies: 

• Project Management Expertise: Leverage your 6+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on delivering D365 solutions. Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within a consulting environment. 
• Methodology Mastery: Exhibit a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Tailor your approach to best fit the needs of not-for-profit projects and adapt to changing circumstances. 
• Leadership and Communication: Display excellent leadership skills, communication abilities, and interpersonal finesse. Articulate complex concepts in straightforward terms and inspire teams to deliver their best work. 
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment inherent to non-profit initiatives. Effectively manage multiple priorities and evolving project dynamics. 
• Certification (Preferred): Hold a PMP or equivalent project management certification, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence in project management.
