This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Representative. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, liaising with internal teams to complete customer requests, and building and maintaining positive customer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Support our sales team in achieving our targets by providing necessary IT support.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers.
  • Liaise with suppliers for best outcomes for the customers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets and ERP systems to track sales activities and leads
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Assist other internal departments on administration tasks.
  • Complete ongoing training courses.
  • Act as a liaison between our sales team and other internal departments, such as IT, accounting and marketing.
  • Follow up and provide product and service updates to customers.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in Customer Support operations, including Customer Satisfaction and complaint resolution.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Highly-organised and detail-oriented individual to manage workflow and workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Sales Operations Tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
