As a Business Development Manager at Konverge, you will play a important role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your strategic approach and understanding of the technology landscape will enable you to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and cold calling.
  • Understand the business needs and challenges of prospective clients and effectively communicate how Konverge’s solutions can address these.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target markets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and benefits of Konverge’s solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Keeping up to date of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
