Working in the team, you will: 

… play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and architecture. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver effective technical solutions for complex business needs.
• Pioneering innovative solutions by researching emerging technology products that benefit our clients.
• Leading project implementation using your advanced technical skills and effective communication abilities.
• Supporting sales by creating compelling business cases and providing technical guidance.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster technical growth within the organisation.

The following are MUST HAVES:

• 2+ years' demonstrated experience in Senior System Engineering within an IT environment.
• Customer-centric mindset, empathetically engaging with clients to achieve exceptional results.
• Creative problem-solving skills with adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
• Motivated, business-savvy professional dedicated to quality assurance and improvement.
• Self-driven, capable of project ownership with minimal supervision.

The following are viewed FAVOURABLY:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience with SOPHOS and/or Fortinet products
• Experience in network and/or wireless infrastructure administration.
• Familiarity with advanced certifications from vendors like Microsoft, VMware, and Veeam.
• Relevant certifications with any of the above vendors.
• Willingness to complete training and certifications.
