What You'll Be Doing

The National Resource Coordinator role is responsible for timely allocation and deployment of internal resources across projects and accounts within Atturra Managed Services (AMS) to achieve business objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager of Client Engagement & Delivery (Federal), this role works closely with the Delivery Executives in maintaining a balanced level of resource utilisation across the business that is reflected accurately in AMS Open Air/NetSuite systems.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill resourcing requirements within the business by optimising the use of internal talent.
  • Ensuring that accurate documentation regarding resource allocation and skills is maintained in Open Air/NetSuite systems in line with AMS way.
  • Effectively utilise AMS business systems in forecasting resource demand and identifying risk areas by monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on resource allocation and deployment.
  • Maintaining an updated skills matrix within Open Air for all employee profiles.
  • Resolving or managing conflicts between competing resource requirements across projects.

ACT Specific Responsibilities

  • Office Manager – Time permitting, perform general Office Manager responsibilities such as pass management, social club, and stationery management.
  • Security Officer – Co-ordinate activities, with training and support from others, to ensure AMS ACT Office continue to meet their Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) Responsibilities.

What will make you successful in this role?

  • Proficient in the use of Project Management tools, preferably Open Air/NetSuite Oracle.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of technical terminology & concepts relating to corporate IT environments.
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence outcomes.
  • Previous background in the IT recruitment space and/or practical experience in Professional Services staff allocation, is highly desirable.
