Role Overview-

Note: This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.


ACCOUNTABILITIES-

  • Responsible for planning, organising and executing programs that generate new prospects & opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities, nurture and accelerate pipelines through various sales cycles
  • Incorporate multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs (inbound & outbound tactics)
  • Manage vendor contracts & relationships
  • Close collaboration with Sales to achieve set objectives
  • Own hosted, Partner & 3rd party events (online & offline), as well as run other Demand & lead generation programs as required
  • Ensure quality and timely campaign execution 
  • Incorporate marketing MBOs/KPIs in the plan and track/report on results
  • Research, select, design & manage events & programs as tactics in the broader campaign plan
  • Forecast, measure & analyse the impact of field program to learn, improve and justify investment
  • Educate broader team on program calendar
  • Partner Marketing - Manage MDF & ensure all campaigns, programs, and initiatives are aligned to Marketing plan/are metrics driven
  • Data analytics - Drive continuous analysis of data trends/quality & regularly report on insights
  • Admin - Manage budget and reporting; Work with Sales, Marketing & Ops on lead management process & reporting
  • Optimise program performance and share findings with key stakeholders on a regular basis


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE-

  • 5+ years in similar B2B role (tech background preferred)
  • 5+ years experience creating and executing B2B marketing programs
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Marketo/Hubspot) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Collaborative and growth mindset
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate & drive others
  • Strong messaging and content development skills
  • Self-directed team member who is equally comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Ability to manage a high volume of competing tasks and demands for a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Sense of urgency

  • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
  • Understanding of Marketing functions to bring together & present a plan
  • Understand B2B marketing principles such as funnel dynamics and sales pipeline.
