As part of our close nit operations team, you will be considered the front line of our business and provide rapid response to incoming calls, emails and support requests. You will solve basic technical issues and escalate high-priority requests to our dedicated client technical teams. Being people-focused, you will enjoy talking to customers - providing empathetic, knowledgeable and reliable customer service.

Your experience: 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Above all, you are passionate about helping people with technical issues and care about service quality and the end result. You are committed to continual education both personally and for your team members.

  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Experience with Windows 10/11
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Active Directory/ Azure AD
  • Experience with Exchange Online / Microsoft 365
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
