Reporting to a seasoned superstar Team Leader, you will:

• Source candidates utilising a range of tools and platforms
• Collaborate with your resourcing colleagues, to source a broad range of ICT talent nationally
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
• Focus wholly on the Canberra contracting market
• Advertise and promote roles within your network and across relevant social media platforms
• Work to varied and fast-moving deadlines.

To ensure your success, you’ll have the following:

• Demonstrable success in a recruitment/resourcing/candidate manager role coming from a recruitment agency (this is not an internal recruitment role)
• Contract recruitment experience, working on specialist technical roles
• Technology or Technical sourcing/recruitment experience or a keen desire to break into tech, with a proactive approach to learning 
• Familiarity with Government and Defence working environments
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Operate with integrity, a sense of urgency, and a never give up attitude.
