THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Consultants play a crucial role in helping our clients implement, optimize, and maintain complex solutions and services. They build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing ongoing support and recommendations for improvement. 

Responsibilities of our consultants may include but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Offering ideas and solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

This role demands a high degree of professionalism, technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Our Consultant Business Analysts liaise with our clients to ensure business requirements are understood, documented, and successfully translated into functional systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering successful IT projects across various sectors, including Government, Energy, Utilities, and Retail. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Agile methodology, be flexible, and excel in communication and stakeholder engagement.

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of IT Consulting with industry experience in Mining/Resources, Health, Higher Education or Utilities sectors.
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, including Agile methodology experience.
  • Experience spanning feasibility assessments/market scans, business case development, through to current and target state process mapping and gap analysis.
  • Stakeholder engagement should include experience with senior managers and SMEs and a variety of engagement methods, from document reviews, to 1-2-1 interviews and workshop planning/facilitation. 
  • Experience planning and facilitating UAT testing or user training, and experience writing policy, procedure or work instructions a plus, as is implementation planning and post implementation support.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work on projects across different sectors.
  • Use of BPMN 2.0 for business process modelling desirable.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) is a plus.
