- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Facilitate the implementation of Dynamics CE or Dynamics F&O solutions
- Participate in Agile Development processes and DevOps practices
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users
- Continuously monitor and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
To be successful in this role:
- Experience implementing or customising Dynamics CE or Dynamics F&O
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile Development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in a Services based or Financial role an advantage
