As a Solutions Consultant at Cube Networks, you will be at the forefront of forging strategic partnerships with our clients. Your role extends beyond understanding their business requirements and ICT strategy; it involves crafting bespoke solutions across a spectrum of technical domains, ensuring not just alignment but a transformative impact on their business landscape.

This is a permanent full time position.

Your Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Strategic Partnership: Act as the Senior Solution Consulting lead, establishing a profound understanding of the client's current technology platform, dependencies, and both current and future business requirements.
• Technology Roadmaps: Collaborate closely with nominated clients to co-create technology roadmaps that not only meet their business objectives but also foster a lasting and mutually beneficial partnership.
• Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor and act as the primary technical escalation point for nominated clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Account Management: Provide meticulous technical account management for assigned accounts, driving Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to showcase the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Revenue Generation: Proactively source opportunities to identify additional revenue streams from both new and existing customers, contributing to the continuous growth of Cube Networks.
• Mentorship: Take a leadership role in mentoring both internal and customer technical staff, fostering a culture of continual service improvement within Cube Networks.
• Solution Design: Lead the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions are presented to clients.
• Technology Strategy: Contribute significantly to the development of Cube's technology strategy through engaging in research and development, market analysis, and active participation in sales enablement activities.

Desired attributes for the role:

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of practical experience in technologies such as Collaboration & Unified Communications, Wireless and Mobility, Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud Technologies, Data Centre, Compute and Storage, and more.
• Certifications: Possession of relevant industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, HP/Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, AWS, and others will be highly regarded.
• Success Track Record: Proven success and experience in consulting, designing, and implementing solutions in Enterprise, Government, and SME organizations.
