As an Account Executive in our Maintenance Business based in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Maintenance Solutions for the territory. This position involves engaging with new clients, providing account management to existing clients, and fostering internal sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

In this role you will:

  • Identify, consult, and maximize business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Leverage your business knowledge to identify customer needs and engage with vendors and the team to provide value solutions within Data#3 delivery capability.
  • Negotiate new, renewal, and takeover maintenance contracts, managing existing contracts with customers.
  • Build and manage effective working relationships with key Data#3 Vendor partners.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through the development of trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Sales Specialists, and Managers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic account planning for key customers.

 

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or presales.
  • Demonstrated success in working towards personal revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in managing and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent overall documentation capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills across an organization.
  • Strong abilities in proposal and project plan writing, as well as closing sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships at all levels.
