Working in the team, you will:
… play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of Managed Services aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and architecture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of technical professionals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Developing and continually improving policy and procedures within the Managed Services Team
- Sit and be an active member of the Executive Team reporting to the CEO.
- Oversee and improve the Service Delivery of Managed Services to a range of clients.
- Manage and deliver on team KPIs
The following are MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years' demonstrated experience in Service Management within the IT Industry.
- Customer-centric mindset, empathetically engaging with clients to achieve exceptional results.
- Creative problem-solving skills with adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
- Motivated, business-savvy professional dedicated to quality assurance and improvement.
- Self-driven, capable of project ownership with minimal supervision.
