We are seeking an experienced, passionate and results-driven professional to join our highly agile, collaborative and skilled Delivery Team as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and its functional capabilities, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into solutions that meet the needs of our clients
You will play a key role in our customer engagements and will be responsible for leading the process to understand and capture business challenges and requirements in a collaborative manner, developing those requirements into solutions in alignment with the customers goals, and ultimately assuring the quality of the solution and alignment to success.
The role will allow you to work closely with multi-disciplined teams and participate in the solution implementation from understanding the business requirements, engaging with customers, facilitating workshops, driving user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation, designing, building, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics Applications.
What you will be doing
- Work with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points, and use that knowledge to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions that meet their needs
- Lead functional design sessions, gap analysis, requirements gathering, and solution showcases and demonstrations for clients
- Collaborate with technical team members to develop customisations, integrations, and extensions to Dynamics 365 CE that enhance its functional capabilities and meet client requirements
- Provide leadership to project team (onshore and offshore) around useability and quality of solution
- Create high quality customer deliverables, specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Build and coordinate relationships with and between key stakeholders throughout the project
- Provide subject matter expertise on Dynamics 365 CE functionality and best practices
- Train and support end users in the use of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working with technical team members as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
What you need to bring
- At least 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE, including experience with configuration, and implementation
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and technical team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Awareness of DevOps methodologies (experience using Azure DevOps to manage scope and plan project delivery)
- Proven experience of successful end-to-end delivery of engagements, contribution to achievement of the project budget, scope, schedule, and resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform
