As an Account Executive – Hybrid Workplace you will grow new sales selling Connect and Collaborate, Workspace Management, Digital Signage, and Smart device solutions across non-Ricoh and existing Ricoh customers, delivering transformational outcomes and experiences for all customers.

You are a confident Account Executive, with experience and enthusiasm and you are responsible for generating more than 50% of your own new sales pipeline through professional proactive engagements with existing and new business customers within your Sales Pod and Sales Pod territory.  

You will be responsible for working closely with C+ Level management, business department leads, and technology specialists in identifying Hybrid Workplace opportunities, to retain, maximise and secure new business. This could be in the form of Procurement Services, Professional Services, Managed Services, or a mix, that delivers positive change and drives transformation.


To be successful in this role:

The suitable candidate will possess the following: 

  • 5+ Years quota carrying AV/IT sales and account relationship management experience.
  • Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
  • Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 50% of your own pipeline.
  • Proven AV/IT Solution and/or MSP experience with evidencable sales results.
  • Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.
  • Proven sales skills creating, advancing and closing new sales.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will also bring:

  • Certifications and/or Knowledge in various AV and IT technologies and systems.
  • An understanding of ITIL and industry-based service concepts and commercial constructs, Opex, Capex and financed delivery models.
  • In depth knowledge of one of more vendor value propositions, or one or more specific industry domains.
