Working as part of our front line, you will be exposed to many different technologies, learning along the way within a highly supportive environment.

As part of a team, you will be assisting end users in resolving their IT issues on a day to day basis. You will support these users over the phone, on-site, via remote access and through our current management tools.


Duties of the role

  • Responding to support calls by email or telephone
  • Attend end user site when required
  • Providing support for all windows operating systems
  • Installation, configuration and updating of desktop applications
  • Provide Remote support of ICT equipment and networking
  • Assisting with server monitoring tasks
  • Updating system documentation when required
  • Escalation of issues to next level of support


To be successful in this position you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and customer skills
  • Microsoft Desktop Operating System Maintenance experience
  • Microsoft Server Management (Active Directory User and Group Maintenance) knowledge
  • Keen troubleshooting skills
  • Work experience in a similar customer service role
  • A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles

Standard Hours of Work

This is a full time position requiring a minimum 38 hour working week

Standard business hours are between 8am and 6pm.

Start and finish times will be scheduled by the Service Desk Team Lead


Probationary Period

A 6-month probationary period applies to this position.


Please note that a successful police check is a requirement as part of the onboarding process.
