As a Technical Specialist focused on Microsoft Adoption, you will be instrumental in providing training and adoption services to our clients, leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft programs. Your skills will be crucial in eliminating barriers to adoption, boosting sales, and vastly improving the customer experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategically identify and eliminate barriers to adoption for Surface and Surface Hub, facilitating increased volume sales.
  • Provide expert training and adoption services, utilising Microsoft's suite of programs including Office 365, Copilot and Intune, among others.
  • Work in partnership with the Customer Success team to pinpoint areas of low consumption, promoting workload adoption and related incentive schemes.
  • Develop standardised Statements of Work (SOWs) for the End User Customer Investment Funds (ECIF) and oversee the Surface Hub trial initiatives.
  • Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the application of Microsoft programs to enhance and expedite client adoption processes.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with Microsoft Surface champions and field sales teams to expedite sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets for Surface and Surface Hub through the introduction of innovative solutions.

About You

  • 2+ years in learning and training development.
  • Experience in Service Delivery tools, change management, and B2B technology.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
