Our ServiceNow Practice is a proud ServiceNow Elite Partner and we have a great newly created opportunity for a Senior Technical Consultant to join the ServiceNow Practice in Brisbane.

Your role:

• Implementing ServiceNow solutions according to best practices particularly in ITSM and ITOM
• Leading solution design, development & configuration, testing, troubleshooting
• Leading the technical design and architecture of ITSM/ITOM capabilities
• Expert capability in identifying, interpreting and clarifying business requirements, including the ability to understand business workflows spanning multiple systems
• Partnering with clients to verify requirements, deploying software components and configuring data sources to achieve necessary solutions
• Driving customer success through effective and adept client and change management during and after engagements, communicating solutions during delivery and handover, along with leading documenting requirements

A little about you:

A solid understanding and/or experience with:

• Application/software development methodology/SDLC and architectural design
• Ideally Javascript, AngularJS, and other scripting in ServiceNow
• ITIL process and best practice in enterprise level organisations
• Integrations using IntegrationHub and utilising REST/ SOAP APIs
• Excellent client management experience with experience in project change management being viewed very favourably
