About ten years ago, QCC gave us a quote for a network overhaul at our medical office. We ended up going with another bigger corporate company. A few years later, we were fed up with the poor service we received from the company we chose and invited QCC back in to replace our servers and computers. We have never been happier since!
I began working with QCC several years ago when they took over IT service for a medical clinic using my practice management software. The techs at QCC were a breath of fresh air because they worked with me to get to the bottom of any issue, rather than playing “the blame game”. Their positive, can-do culture and willingness to work well with other providers really sets them apart in the industry. As a result, I always refer QCC to manage my clients' networks. For over 5 years QCC has consistently been timely and responsive with our IT which is vital to our business. QCC quickly got our office protected and proactive against the many threats out there by setting us up with working backups, antivirus, a firewall and making sure our computers are always up to date.
