We have been working with these guys for a number of years and we always experience a great service, they go above and beyond our expectations and always meet our business needs.
Citadel has allowed us to remove a large, bulky server, creating more storage and allowing us to focus on what is important rather than IT. Through the pandemic, the ease of use from different work environments was vital in allowing us to keep working remotely.
Using Citadel has enabled us to deliver a fully hosted desktop and applications to our tenants as and when they need it. This has enhanced our overall business offering, meaning we can now deliver office space and the technology to complement it.
Citadel oversee our various IT applications and systems, as well as coordinating between our subcontractors. The transition of our business services from in-house to cloud-based was expedited on time and on budget.
We’d heard about the Cloud and hosted but never considered it to be an option for us. But after learning about the benefits of a Citadel’s secure digital workspace, requiring no internal hardware infrastructure nor the cost and resources to maintain an on-premise server, the choice to move to cloud seemed the right decision. It really offers great benefits – the peace of mind of the security aspects and the ability to work mobile both from home and other sites outside the head office. By simply paying for the service via a monthly licence fee for the number of users we have, we also know our outgoings and future investment going forward, there are no unexpected costs for server repair or hardware maintenance.
