Unfortunately the on premise Exchange server was becoming a headache from a number of different perspectives. We consulted with our IT partner Blue Bridge and looked at Office 365. It was quite a surprise to discover how much functionality was on offer and at a much lower cost than the on premise platform. We realized that Office 365 as cloud-based platform was not only the way forward in terms of functionality but also TCO.
