I enjoy working with HTS because the team is always courteous, professional and prompt in dealing with our problems and I am usually calling in a panic. I like the fact that a technician is standing by for phone calls and can troubleshoot by remote access. HTS has also helped with affiliated questions like starting a merchant card service and answering the vendor’s questions.
Because we have a small IT staff, it is difficult to have a full range of sill sets for our infrastructure. Hawaii Tech Support is able to provide a lot of expertise to back us up.
