The biggest benefit to working with Steady Networks has been the quick response times. We always have a quick response to our help requests. We have never waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to respond to us – even after hours. One morning around 7:15 we couldn’t get into our main management program, but within 15 minutes we had two techs on line to make sure we could get our computers up and running. Our partnership with Steady Networks has given me greater peace of mind that even if something isn’t working at that moment, the problem will be handled expediently without much intervention on our part. My advice to anyone considering working with Steady Networks is this: Don’t hesitate, your life will be less stressful.
In our business, we have to stay focused on what we do best and not worry about limitations caused by our network. Steady Networks has allowed our computer network to be invisible in our day to day operations. They have done a great job and been a very responsive partner. I like their web-based ticket tracking system. Their processes make technical support and service for my employees much easier and we rely on the responsiveness we have received from the entire Steady Networks team. Steady Networks has better customer service, faster response time and more knowledgeable technicians than other IT firms we have worked with in the past. The single biggest benefit to our company since making the switch has been less downtime, which equals more productivity for my staff and more profit for the company. The support we have received from Steady Networks has been unparalleled in my years managing IT staff. It makes you wonder why you'd want to have IT in house at all! My general experience is that In-House IT doesn't do the proactive planning and forward looking that Steady Networks does. In House IT is not usually encouraged to have the 'leading edge thinking' that we have come to expect from Steady Networks.
